Meet Ali Craig

PERSONAL TRAINER

Hi beautiful soul,  

 

I am grateful to have you here. 

 

Growing up, I was never overly passionate about anything that I could see being my career path. There was nothing that made me feel like THIS is it, this is what I am meant to be doing. I knew I wanted to do something that I loved wholeheartedly, and I knew I wanted to help people in some capacity. It wasn’t until I found my love for fitness, holistic nutrition, natural + organic living and self-development that my dream of creating my own wellness business blossomed.

 

In April of 2017 I took a leap of faith. I decided that I was capable of turning my dream into reality and Body Positive Wellness was born. Now, I get to wake up and do what I love every single day which I am infinitely grateful for. Please check out my “Services” to see how I can support you on your journey.

What is Body Positive Wellness?

It can help with

Strength

We must find our true strength in order to change our lives. We must remember that we are strong enough to cultivate new, positive habits. It takes a certain strength that we may not even know exists. My goal is to help you re-discover your inner and outer strength.

Growth 

Growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone. In order to grow you must be challenged physically, mentally and emotionally. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. We are here to grow

Well Being 

Focus on achieving health and happiness rather than societal pressures to "look" or "act" a certain way. Being comfortable with who YOU are is essential to your well-being. 

Self Love

My definition of self-love is: learning to accept and appreciate myself just as I am, inside and out. Embracing every flaw, every scar, every wound and knowing that they, are what represent my strength and resilience. Continually showing up for myself, even on the bad days. No longer allowing other people's opinions or judgements of me dictate my self-worth. Patience - Self-compassion - Self-forgiveness. Being in control of my life and well-being. No longer comparing myself to anyone. Becoming my own best friend.

Connection

A connection... the exchange of energy between two people when they feel seen, heard and appreciated. Giving and receiving without judgement - deriving strength and kindness from the relationship. Trust and connection are necessary to developing an environment in which someone can thrive and aim to achieve their goals. Connect - Inspire - Support.
